He was predeceased by: his parents, Guiseppe Virginillo and Maddalena Virginillo; and his sisters, Maria Ricci and Giuseppina Minichiello. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Lena Morrison (Jim) and Joseph Virginillo (Gina); his grandchildren, Ryan Morrison (Jena), Erica Kuhn (Chris), Matteo Morrison (Cylee) and Gianna Virginillo; his great grandchildren, Julianna, Briella and Cooper; and his sister Connie Reichwein (late Jack).
