He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Augustine (Linda), Joseph Augustine (Cathy) and Richard Augustine; and his nieces and nephews, Tony, Lisa, Tina, Donnie, Kristin, Brian and Michael.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Church (5222 N Bend Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations directed to Hospice Cincinnati, 4310 Cooper Rd., Blue Ash, OH 45242 in appreciation for the great care Nick received.
