He is survived by: his significant other Julie Palanci; his son Andrew Perkins; his granddaughters, Natalie and Rebecca Perkins; his siblings, Lisa Rottinghouse (Mike), Rachel Marcum (Chris) and Joe Perkins (Tabitha); and his nieces and nephews, Curtis, Austin, Tyler, Alexis, Christopher, McKenzie, Brooklyn, Jessa, Preston and Brody.
