He is survived by: his significant other Janet Schmidt; his sons, Greg Schmidt (Tyra) and James T Schmidt (Carrie); his brother Mike Schmidt (Barbara); his grandchildren, Madison Schmidt, Jack Schmidt, JT Schmidt and Colt Schmidt; his nephews, Eric J. Schmidt, John Goldsberry and Joe Goldsberry; and his niece Kelly Schmidt. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
