It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald W. Cavanaugh (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald W. Cavanaugh to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his wife Charlene Cavanaugh; his parents, Edward Cavanaugh and Evelyn Cavanaugh; his parents-in-law, Alfred and Mary Ann Foster; and his brothers, Michael and Bill Cavanaugh.

He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Cavanaugh (Chad), Daniel Cavanaugh (Megan) and Erin Cavanaugh-Wyatt (Beau); his grandchildren, Henry, Amelia Cavanaugh and Finnegan Wyatt; and his siblings, Margie Rellar (Bill), Tom Cavanaugh (Pat) and Lynn Tovinitti (Jim).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vitt, Stermer & Anderson Funeral Home (4619 Delhi Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Simon Church (825 Pontius Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233). A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at the St. Joseph New Cemetery (4500 Foley Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to Elder High School.
