He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Pearce and Mabel Truster Harkrader; and his siblings, Joan Starkey (Spates), Jean McIntosh (Robert) and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Grabham; his children, Anne Schillinger and John Harkrader (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Katherine Schillinger, William Schillinger (Lindsay), Margaret Schillinger, Brooke Harkrader and Sarah Hayden (Hunter).
