He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Hines (Sue), Mike Hines (Rheda), Tim Hines (Johanna), Jeanne Harjo (Jim), Laura Neiheisel (Dave), Connie Blackburn (Mark) and Patti Evans; and his children, Billy, Trisha Haskin (Jerry), Donny, Brandy Ebert (Frank), Bonnie (Jason) and Meenach (Sipe).
