He was predeceased by: his wife Marcia Hood; his daughter Nichole Day; and his siblings, Becky Cornes, Sissy Herth and Randy Hood.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Meadows (Carl) and Melissa Bonavita-Jones (Skip); his daughter-in-law Cathy Bonavita; and his siblings, Trudy Lily (Rod), Jennie Burress (Duck), Ted Herth (Patty), Pat Herth (Connie) and Paul Herth (Monica). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
