Reichert (Alisa) and Diane Myers (John); his grandchildren, Zachary Reichert (Cari), Lauren Reichert, Kacie Leakway, Amanda Hede (Kyle) and Alex Myers; his great grandchild Jonathan; and his nephews, John and Rob Reichhardt (John Bruggen).

Memorials may be made to Queen City Hospice or to Hillebrand Nursing Home.
