He was predeceased by: his stepchild Shannon Connelly; and his sister Darlene Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Lamb; his daughter Erika Jacobs (Aaron); his stepdaughter Annette Campbell (Donald); his children, Kathi McClanahan and Kevin Lamb; and his grandchildren, Jessica Stanley, Amanda Miller (Steve) and Cody Connelly (Alexis). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and by several nieces & nephews.
