He is survived by: his mother Ada Balzhiser; his wife Gail Balzhiser; his children, Emily Conner (Michael), Brittanie Balzhiser and Dustin Balzhiser; his stepdaughters, Courtney Stepp, Chelsea Dulong and Holly Stepp; his grandchildren, Ethan, Audrey, Lily, Sadie, Weston, Demarco, Daniele and Dominic; and his siblings, Henry Balzhiser (Holly) of Wellston, Kathy Balzhiser Heflin (Joey) of Williamsburg and Rita Balzhiser Lung (Jerry) of Wellston, Ohio.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
