He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Lowe, Sr. (Helen); his sister Dawn Naegele; and his stepfather Ralph Stuard. He is survived by: his mother Judith Slayback Lowe; his wife Sandra S. Lowe; his children, Michael Lowe (Charity), Melissa Lowe and Sasha Disbro (Tommy); his grandchildren, Dalton Lowe (Kori Cornett), Dillon Lowe (Cadance Wilder) and Allie Hall (Devin); his great grandchild Laynie Hall; and his siblings, James Lowe (Tisa), Tracy Gibbs (Bryon), Bobbi Hizer (Paul) and Marie Iles (Russell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
