She is survived by: her children, Ed Cook Jr. and Laura Rogers; her grandchildren, Heather, Ashley, Doug Jr., Emily, Abby, Hannah, Francis and Kenny; and her sibling Jackie Peters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A burial was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Flag Spring Cemetery (3541 Round Bottom Rd, Newtown, OH 45244).
