She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allard and Mildred Allard (Elam). She is survived by: her husband Jack Klosterman Sr.; and her children, Tammy Spegal, Jack Jr. (Joyce), Michael (Heather) and Kellie Koch (Tod). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.

A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A reception will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Willow Room (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
