It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Joann Di Tommaso of Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Dora Joann Di farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dora Joann Di is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dante Di Tommaso; and her parents, Guiseppe Vallesi and Sara Vallesi. She is survived by: her sons, David Di Tommaso (LeaAnn), Donald Di Tommaso (Renee Gehrig), Dennis Di Tommaso (Martha) and Darin Di Tommaso (Sandra).

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Cemetery - Norman Chapel (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232).

“Your Mom has always been a part of my life in many ways. Growing up she was our ‘go to nurse’ every time Jack or Scott broke a bone. As I grew older I saw her helping Dad when he had his stroke and she made sure he got to the hospital soon enough to recover. She was there for Mom the past 25+ years to make sure she was safe, especially after Dad died. Your Mom lived life independently and was there for others until the end. She came to Mom’s 100 birthday party and shined! Bless you all.”
