She is survived by: her husband Dan Mazzella; her children, Stephanie Mazzella, Anthony Mazzella (Sara) and Cate Mazzella; her parents, Margaret Smith and Rusty; and her siblings, Amy Zimmerman, Jennifer Forwood and David Forwood. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
