She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Hensley and Eva Hensley; her siblings, Lois Brown and Raymond Hensley (William Shelley); and her daughter Wilma Shelley Ward.

She is survived by: her children, William Shelley (Bill) and Donna Wombles; and her sister Billie Walters. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
