He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Tallmadge and Mildred M. Wuest; his wife Sharon Russell; and his brothers, Ronald (Jeanne) of Plantation and Kenneth Tallmadge of Myrtle Beach.
He is survived by: his sister Gloria Townsend of Miami; his sister-in-law Peggie Tallmadge of Myrtle Beach; his nephew Daniel Tallmadge (Margaret) of Cincinnati; and his grandson Douglas Tallmadge II of Seattle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
