Bolen of Cincinnati, Erik L. Bolen of Cincinnati, Kyle P. Bolen of Cincinnati and Brandon K. Bolen of Hamilton, Ohio.; his mother Yvonne Reeves of Marana, Arizona.; and his nieces, Lilly and Lana.
