She was predeceased by: her husband Donald V. Cook; her son Brian Cook; and her siblings, William Wood, Jesse Hall and James Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hull, Valerie Griest, Roger, Gregory, Bradley Cook, Edith Nelson, Barbara Luke and Kenneth Cook; and her sibling Shirley Kennedy of Malvern, UK. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
