She was predeceased by: her husband Simon Czerkiewicz; and her children, Penina Sachs (Billy) and Jack Czerkiewicz (Sharon). She is survived by: her child Mazil Mizrachi (David); and her grandchildren, Moshe Mizrachi, Malka Weiser (Yisroel), Yehoshua Mizrachi (Sara), Molly Sachs, Daniel Sachs and Bailey Czerkiewicz.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, Israel.
