He was predeceased by: his sister Patricia Welsh; and his parents, Edna A. Harvey (Driscoll) and Ardell E. Harvey. He is survived by: his significant other Maria Teresa Harvey (Luongo); his children, Annie Rowswell, Carol Harvey, Edward A. Harvey Jr., Laura Kitzmiller (Paul), Teresa Harvey (Curt Wagner) and James Harvey; his grandchildren, James, Bridget, Jonathan, Christopher, Jessica, Hannah, Haley, Josh, Saturn, Erica, Kevin, Keith and Evelyn; and his great grandchildren, Georgie, Carina, Joey, Corlynn, Luke, Milo, Flora, Declan, Sophie and Leo.
