He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cohen and Fredericka Barnet Cohen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jacobs Cohen of Bloomington, IN; his daughter Emily Sue Cohen of Bloomington, IN; his siblings, Anne Cohen (Steve Michaels), Sara Fishback (John) of Pittsburgh, PA, Andrew Cohen (Ali Ottaviano) of Roanoke, VA and Alfred Cohen (Kathleen Crane) of Bloomfield, NJ; his cousins, Leslie Paige, Amy Sansbury, Eric Zeldin, Lois Wilks and Jesse Barnet; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Rachel Fishback, Tegan Cohen, William Cohen (Lauren), Nathan and Barnet Cohen.
