He is survived by: his children, Glen Wertheimer and Ann Hollander (Mark); his grandchildren, Atlas and Emma; his brother Tom (Lynn); and his sibling's children, Brian, Kevin and Kristy Wertheimer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
