She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Armstrong and Amelia Armstrong; and her husband Stanley Haggard. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Benedic (Dave) and Gary Haggard (late Liz); her grandchildren, Westley DeBord (Elizabeth) and Kristin Dakel (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Katie, Molly, Jamie and Madisen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frederick Funeral Home (2553 Banning Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
