She is survived by: her children, Joyce Mushaben (late Harry Few), Diane Otrembiak (Jim), Mary White (Ken) and Paul Mushaben; and her grandchildren, Katie White (Mike Stiles), Dan White (Devan), Natalie Ellsworth (Kyle), Mallory Carbajal (Luis), Candice Otrembiak (Jordan), Jake Mushaben (Jenna), Joshua Few, Maddy Buth (Zach) and John Mushaben (Liz Arlian).
