He was predeceased by: his wife Ilona Mae Perencevich (Sadar); and his parents, Maria Shimrak Perencevich and Nicholas Perencevich. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Eli Perencevich, Jr. (Jiyun Park) of Iowa City and Ilka Lenox (Bryce) of Cincinnati; his brother Dr. Nick Perencevich (Ruth) of Concord; and his uncle Peter Shimrak (Patricia) of Cleveland, Ohio..
