She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Laura Chamberlain, Steven Horak (Marcy) and Matthew Horak (Shannon); her grandchildren, Jennifer Waidmann (Matt), Jay Chamberlain (Katelyn), Spencer Chamberlain (Nicole), Chris Horak, Claire Herm (Daniel), Anna Brawner (Seth) and Sam Horak; and her siblings, Sonny Berta (Kelley) and Toni Mellett. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
