She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Berta and Anton Berta. She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Laura Chamberlain, Steven Horak (Marcy) and Matthew Horak (Shannon); her grandchildren, Jennifer Waidmann (Matt), Jay Chamberlain (Katelyn), Spencer Chamberlain (Nicole), Chris Horak, Claire Herm (Daniel), Anna Brawner (Seth) and Sam Horak; and her siblings, Sonny Berta (Kelley) and Toni Mellett. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Antoninus Church (1500 Linneman Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Alliance of Ohio and Hospice of Cincinnati.
