She is survived by: her husband LeRoy "Lee" Schmidt; her children, Gregory Schmidt (Kris), Susan Mechler (Steve), Margaret "Mugsy" Hall (late Tim), Eric "Bear" Schmidt, Lisa O'Rourke (John), Elizabeth "Beth" Schmidt (Denise) and Karl "Butch" Schmidt (Nghia); her grandchildren, Josh, Alex, Drew, Will, Kait, Ryan (Anya), Cameron, Eric II, Reiley (Sam), Jacob (Bell), Anna, Elias, Egan, Savannah, Karly and Andrew; and her sister Barbara Green.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Otterbein Lebanon Senior Life Community (585 OH-741, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
