He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Frederick; his grandparents, Dewey and Kathleen Frederick; and his stepmother Debra Frederick. He is survived by: his children, Brooklyn Barrett, Destiny Frederick, Skylar Frederick (Jeff Monahan) and Savannah Frederick; the mother of his children Catrina Barrett Frederick; his father Dwight Frederick; his brothers, Marc Frederick (Brianne) and Thad Frederick (Brandy); and his sibling-in-law Shawn Anderson.
