He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest V. Damico and Jean Damico. He is survived by: his sister Rose Henley; his niece Jenny Riojas; his nephew Thom Henley (Sara); his great-niece Amelia Henley; and his great-nephew Jordan Riojas.
