She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul John and Ethel Marie Ostenkamp; her husband Charles; and her son Steven C. Hoffman (Susan). She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Hoffman Sims (Randy); her grandchildren, Martha Anne Sims Sommerer (Mahlon) and Andrew Sims; her great grandchildren, Ashlynn Grace and Ayla Jade Sommerer; and her siblings, Carol Stutler (late Jack), Frances Huber and Paul Ostenkamp (Sue).
