He is survived by: his daughter Rosalie Compton Williams of Cincinnati, OH; and his siblings, James Compton of Radcliff, KY, Johnnie Compton (Sandra Johnson) of Louisville, KY, Mattie Groves of Elizabethtown, KY, Barbara Simpson (Willie) of Hodgenville, KY and Anna Jennett (Darrell Bradley) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; special friends, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
