She is survived by: her brother Benge Johnson of Russell Springs, Kentucky; her son Dale Harness (Ann) of Bethel, Ohio; her stepchildren, Ray Harness (Carol) of Mason, Ohio and Carol Owen (Michael) of Lexington, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Richard Moeckel of Bethel, Ohio, Lindsey Blume (Michael) of Nicholasville, Kentucky and Justin Harness of Mason, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Madison Moeckel, Richard Moeckel, Aubrey Harness, Elizabeth Moeckel, Ava Blume, Nathan Moeckel, Jack Blume and Grant Blume.
