She was predeceased by: her parents, Maudie Sowders and John Sowders; her husband Dolphus B. Davis; her children, Bernard Davis, Brenda Johnson and Boyd Davis; her grandchildren, Lisa Manley and Doug Davis; and her siblings, Willie Sowders, Mack Sowders, Noble Sowders, Travis Sowders, Lonsie Sowders, Flora Faust and Martha McFarland.

She is survived by: her son Barry Davis (Vera); her daughters-in-law, Betty Davis and Anna Davis; and her grandchildren, Bernard "Buz" Davis II (Jessica), Kathy Fryman, Cindy Lyons (Dan), Derek Davis (Shannon), Teri Grainger (Tony), Toni Langford (Russ), Jeff Davis, Andy Davis and Ben Davis (Chris). She is also survived by great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren; and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati in appreciation for the compassionate care they provided to Floy and her family.
