He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorin Devern and Nancy Grace Gelter (Rickey); his wife Patsy Ann Gelter; and his daughter-in-law Nadine Gelter. He is survived by: his children, David Gelter of Cincinnati, Daniel Gelter (Nam) of Centerville, GA, Randy Gelter (Elena) of Byron, GA and Susan Polite (Jerry) of Batavia; and his sisters, Vivian Farley (Jim) of Mt. Orab and Sadie Allen of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bethlehem Church of Christ.
