He is survived by: his children, Lori Frey (Michael) and Michael Herbort (Kristy); and his grandchildren, Mitchel (Kelly), Alyssa, Lauren, Nolan Frey, Angela Kopp (Gabriel), Craig, Joseph Herbort, Patrick and Daniel Kennedy.
