He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica Koeninger; and his sisters, Janet Iames (Wayne) and Diane Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Hambrick Koeninger; his sons, Frank E. Koeninger and Jason Koeninger (Taylor Bove-Koeninger); his grandchild Madyson Lynn Koeninger; his siblings, Valerie Glenn, Philip Burkhardt (Virginia) and Debra Burkhardt Hiter; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Hambrick (Mary Jo), Steve Hambrick (Mary Rose), Tom Hambrick (Amy) and Tim Hambrick (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
