He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Wagner and Clara Wagner; and his siblings, Robert Wagner and Mary Atchley. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Bettye Wagner; and his significant other Manney House. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and many great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home (2880 Boudinot Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238).
