It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Mackzum (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on May 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Webb Mackzum and Marie Mackzum; and his wife Helen Jane Mackzum. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Feola (Rob), Jeff Mackzum (Rita), Susan Cunningham, Chris Mackzum (Teresa), Tom Mackzum and John Mackzum (Hilary). He is also survived by father to his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
