He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Mutters and Virginia Mutters (Wright); and his siblings, Cindy Pfetzer (Kevin Pfetzer) and Steven Mutters. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Mutters (Kilgore); his siblings, Cherry Ungerbuehler (Todd), Rhonda Stephens (Joel), Paula Fussinger (Jack), Jeff Mutters (Felicia) and Daniel Mutters (Jennifer); his sister-in-law Melinda Mutters; his in-laws, Emmett and Verna Kilgore; and his sister-in-law Kim Whitehead (Kilgore).
