He is survived by: his son Ted Jebens (Shelly) of Ormond Beach; his wife Donna of Cincinnati; his daughter Mari of Marthasville; his grandson Pierre (Jade) of Cincinnati; and his great grandchildren, Bryelle, Jordan, Bella and Cali.
