He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Mabelle Fish (Hill) of Cincinnati and Freeman L. Fish of Frankfurt. He is survived by: his siblings, John Howell (Linda), Alice Pate (Thomas) and Ruth Thomas (Wade). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
