Gary L. Kleven Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary L. Kleven in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 31, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Kleven and Muriel Kleven (Hougen); his siblings, Larry Kleven, Joel Kleven and Julie Kleven; his brothers-in-law, Bud Soults and Fred Lutze; and his nieces, Joanna Kleven and Alyssa Morrison (Kleven).

He is survived by: his wife Maurene Kleven (Soults); his children, Jody Winkelmann (Matt) of Cincinnati, Paula Bell (Mark) of Cincinnati and Mark Kleven of Jacksonville, Florida; his grandchildren, Jack Winkelmann, Sam Winkelmann, Abby Bell Judd (Westen), Josh Bell and Chloe Bell; his great grandchild Grayson Judd; his sister Laura Eichner (Mark) of Plano, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Kleven of Albany and Jeanne Lutze (Soults) of Blacksburg, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nephews and a niece.
