He was predeceased by: his sisters, Marjorie and Helen (Angela); and his grandchildren, George P. Fredrick IV and Devon Bowling (Fredrick). He is survived by: his wife Angela E. Disselkamp; and his children, Connie Hermann (Len), Francis Fredrick (Linda), George Fredrick III (Jennifer), Perry Fredrick, Barton Fredrick (Beth) and Paula Taebel (Scott).

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Matthew 25 Ministries, Freestore Foodbank, or Ronald McDonald House.
