He is survived by: his wife Joan Rebeck; his sister Katharine Kuzma; his children, Maria, Theresa, Matt, Bill, Martha and Annie; and his grandchildren, Laura, Emily Blair, Cooper, Cleo Lynn, Katie, Liz Rebeck, Jackson Rebeck, Ellie, Matt, Lucy Farr, Stella and Lena Angrist.
