“Jerry and I were hired by the United Methodist Publishing House at the same time and went through our orientation as a team of two. I always enjoyed Jerry and loved spending time together which was off the wall at times. We have talked many times since then and I considered him a real friend. I will miss him. We both developed heart problems and both of us had surgery and valve replacement. Jerry was very creative and intoduced the UMPH to the idea of having a Christmas Open House .”
