He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Siereveld and Emma Siereveld; his son Gerald "JerBear" Siereveld Jr.; and his siblings, Adrian, Don, Harold Siereveld (Butch), Shirley Brogan, Gladys Stohlman and Betty Klug.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Kerlin (Justin); his grandchildren, River Kerlin and Meadow Goins (Jack); his siblings, Lawrence (Huddie), Ralph Siereveld and Maryanne Moore; and the mother of his children Arlene "Macy" Siereveld. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
