She was predeceased by : her father Thomas Carroll Sr.. She is survived by : her significant other Gregory Birkofer; her children, Matthew Birkofer (Amanda), Nicholas Birkofer, Adam Birkofer and Jennifer Moore (Derrick); her grandchildren, Brooke Birkofer, Tyler Brown, Jaxson Birkofer, Connor Moore and Mattison Birkofer; her mother Rose Jean Carroll; and her siblings, Thomas Carroll Jr., Mary Ann Vincent (Brian), Lori Kuhn (Bob), Doug Birkofer (Jerri), Jeff Birkofer (Angie), Leslie Goins (Bruce) and Jamie Birkofer (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Crossroads Eastside Church (4450 Eastgate S Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
