He is survived by: his children, Callie Amann, Tracy Erhold (Dave), Cyndi Reed (Barry) and Trudy Carroll; his stepdaughter Paula Purdon; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Steven, Chase, Dane, Corey, Lori and Zac; his great grandchildren, Kobey, Destiny, Dmitry, Kalony, Kingsley, Kainen, Avery and Cameron; and his nephews, Allan, Chad, Victor and Brad.
